Question: What is Phylloxera?
What is phylloxera? You hear about the horrors of phylloxera and the devastation of Europe's vineyards during the 19th century as a result of the dredded phylloxera.
Answer: Phylloxera is a very small insect that attacks the roots of grape vines, making it nearly impossible for the roots to soak up water and nutrients to feed the vine.
