Ingredients:
- 1 cup red wine
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1TBSP lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP diced onion
- 2-3 sprigs rosemary
Preparation:
To make this easy red wine marinade, just combine all of the listed ingredients in a glass bowl and then pour into a large ziploc bag.Add two to three 6-8 oz. steaks and seal the ziploc. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, turning the bag several times to mix the marinade. Prepare steaks according to preference and pitch the rest of the marinade. Enjoy!
