Wine Serving Temperatures

With holiday entertaining just around the corner, it may be helpful to do a quick refresher on optimal wine serving temperatures. Keep in mind that white wines are best served well chilled, 45-50 °F and with red wines you are shooting for around 55-65 °F. However, some reds like a Pinot Noir for example will offer more flavor if served slightly chilled. Read more...
