I enjoyed your article. I’ve been in this industry for over 10 years and it is so disappointing to see someone who is clearly new or visiting this region choose a wine without asking. People really need to utilize the service that is being provided in a restaurant where wine is concerned. Unfortunately people view servers as pushers and some are however most are hoping to help you make the right decision for your party and your pocket. The overall dining experience can only improve if you utilize the services available to you.
