Israel's Wines

The wines of Israel are beginning to command attention from the wine industry at large. No longer are the Israeli wines limited to "sweet wines" or ceremonial wines, but they have expanded to successfully include a myriad of international varietals as well. With both Passover and Easter on the horizon, it may just be the perfect time to try a fine wine from Israel.
