The 2003 Sebastiani Chardonnay is a beautiful golden colored white wine with fragrant pear, apple and nectarine nuances. This medium-bodied Chardonnay is not "over-oaked" and has a well balanced acidity that highlights the fruit-flavors instead of masking them. Pairs nicely with a wide variety of poultry entrees.
