Purchasing Power - Supreme Court allows for the Purchase of Wines from out-of-state Wineries

Could this be one more step, in the demise of the three-tiered wine distribution system? This three-tiered (producer, wholesaler, retailer) wine distribution system is an antiquated 80 year old relic, we have acquired thanks to the Liquor Prohibition that dominated the U.S. from 1920-1933? While, it may be a useful means to distribute wines to consumers in various states, does it need to be the only way, for select states?
