Pinot Noir enjoys a universal reputation for its outgoing, food-friendly nature.  Pairing well with poultry and pork, beef and bacon and cheese and chocolate, Pinot Noir's subtle, silky tannins, consistent acidity and often lighter-bodied style make it a natural for bringing out the best in a variety of foods.
