Wine of the Week: Solaz Shiraz Tempranillo 2005 (Spain) $9
Thursday October 9, 2008
The Solaz Shiraz Tempranillo is a top pick wine for having on hand to welcome in fall festivities. It is warm, spicy and filled with ripe cherry flavors, velvety tannins and an enduring finish. This Shiraz Tempranillo blend makes a fine companion to a platter of cheese, crackers and sausage or give it a go with a variety of red meat options.

Stacy,
You seen to be an wine lover who knws how to fing QPR’s or what I call bang for the buck wines. I think I will try this one, I’ve not had the varietal. I love Shiraz and I guess this is a blend with shiraz and tempranillo? Will see if they have this at my wine shops in Little Rock.
