Primo Amore has a value priced Sangiovese Merlot blend that is dominated by bright cherry flavors, some spice, low tannins and decent acidity. It is an affordable, food friendly Italian table wine that would be well suited for those interested in checking out a mellow red with their next spaghetti dinner.
