Wine of the Week: Edna Valley Chardonnay 2005 (CA) $15

The Edna Valley Chardonnay boasts both big fruit and definitive texture. The flavor profile consists of apple, pear, pineapple and a bit of peach all dipped in buttery cream. There is notable oakiness and a spicy cinnamon finish. A nice value Chardonnay with good flavor, good balance and fine food pairing potential.
