Imagine looking for a bubbly from the UK instead of the famed Champagne region of France. With consistent climate patterns veering into new directions, some varietals could find new "regional" homes over the next few decades. However, it's not necessarily "hotter days" that are being nailed as the primary problem, it is the severity of temperature fluctuations that poses the greatest threat to grape growing endeavors.
