California Wines Dominate Restaurant Wine Lists

It may not surprise you that domestic wines from California are the most featured wines in U.S. restaurant wine lists, but what may surprise you is that restaurant wine sales represent less than 25% of the wine sold in the country, but that these sales equate to almost 50% of the total revenue.
