The Santi Valpolicella Classico Superiore 'Solane' 2004 is a beautiful Italian red made from Corvina, Rondinella and a small offering of Molinara grapes. With a medium to full body and concentrated jammy flavors of cherry and plums this dry red Italian wine is fantastic with a meat lover's pizza, spicy chicken or rounds out well with a peppery roast.
