According to researchers at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, red wine may prevent plaques from forming in the brain that could lead to Alzheimer’s. Moderate (1 glass per day for women and 2 glasses per day for men) red wine consumption appears to have plaque protective properties in both men and women. Read more…
