Wine and Sleep

Recent research in Italy alludes to the possible sleep benefits of drinking wine. Basically scientists have discovered that grapes are harboring the "sleep hormone," melatonin, in varying levels and have suggested that when mixed with alcohol and antioxidants found in wine that the effect of melatonin on the consumer could be bolstered.
