The famed Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc (read: Sauvignon Blanc) is back with another outstanding vintage! The flavor profile is rich with tropical fruits - mainly lemon, grapefruit and perhaps a pinch of peach, subtly supported by vanilla and earthy undertones. A fine wine for light pasta meals with veggies, an Oriental stir-fry or even fajitas!
