Today's About Superbowl Recipe: Steamed Momos

For a new twist on the typical Game Day appetizer, try this Sikkimese appetizer, steamed wontons, called Momos. It is delicious and easy on the conscience too! You can fill it with any minced meat of your choice. Momos are usually served with a fiery Sikkimese Tomato Achaar and a clear soup called Thukpa. Pair with a Gewurztraminer wine for added flare.
