Wine of the Week: Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Monday May 30, 2005
The Nautilus Estate, in Marlborough, New Zealand, is a consistent, quality-driven producer of premium Sauvignon Blanc wines. The 2004 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is no exception. This zesty white wine boasts exotic flavors of melon, mint and lime all covered by a fine influence of sweet green grass and tied off with an extended creamy finish. Pairs well with a Caesar salad and seafood pasta with assorted veggies. Retails for $18 a bottle.
